BOOKING – Booking requests can be made by mail or by telephone. A 30% deposit is required on booking.
In order to access the athletes’ reserved rates, at the time of booking, you must indicate the reservation: “WORLD AGILITY CHAMPIONSHIP 2018”.
ANIMALS – The San Prosperous Residence accepts animals provided they are not left alone in the room, unless they are in the cargo area. Upon arrival you will be required a valid credit card on which to make a pre-authorization of € 100 for a guarantee for any damage caused by the animal.
PAYMENT – Payment is always made by bank transfer or by credit card or cash. The property does not accept American Express credit card.

INFORMATION – The San Prosperous Residence has an agreement with a restaurant / pizzeria called “Alex Pub” located 500 meters from the residence where guests can lunch at 11 € and have dinner at 13
